Pay to weld one irreversible path, then monthly management plus bps on cleared flow.

Production path

Operator weld — $25,000

One irreversible write (withdraw / payout clear, or bind-only), fail closed, delivered in 48hr. Then 10 bps of what clears. Quiet path still pays $5,000/mo management. Extra write = another $25,000.

Management

$5,000/mo per welded path + $5,000/mo per active parent license.

Flow

10 bps on cleared + carry above hurdle. Stacks with management.

Bind Room — $1,750

Officer pack + ticket schema for bind workflows. Production still requires a weld into the operator’s system.
