Bind Room · officer pack
General liability excludes AI agent acts. If bind-and-issue runs without a governed halt, you are selling coverage you cannot pay. This pack is the assessment path: officer narrative + on-request verify appendix + public demo hop — not a rating model, not a wholesale partner desk.
Full assessment is $3,500 · this deposit starts the officer pack and bind-room pattern. Production weld in their house is a separate operator path — ask after the pack lands.
Officer pack JSON (examiner narrative shape) · appendix schema · Exhibit C HITL mapping · demo bind-check that returns BLOCK + velaru.xyz/verify URL.
Hop before bind-and-issue. If DEAD, raise a UW issue that BlocksBind. Do not call bind-and-issue. QuoteRelease is not a bind stop. UW approve ≠ CHARGE.
Control plane — not ECDIS, not a model inventory slide deck.
curl -s -X POST "https://gate.velaru.xyz/demo/pas/bind-check" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{}'
Returns BLOCK + verify URL. Paste in counsel thread — not your admin panel.
