Guidewire Qusar implementers
Guidewire Agentic Framework + MCP can reach PolicyCenter. Bind is still irreversible. Fail-closed ALLOW/BLOCK + stranger-verifiable receipt before bind-only / bind-and-issue.
The pain: You are wiring Qusar agents into InsuranceSuite. Guidewire still wants human review before bind. Third-party Guidewire MCPs are read-only. Carriers will ask who owns the bind mouth.
What you buy: Bind Room officer pack for the SI exhibit, then PolicyCenter pre-bind weld: demo + metered pre-bind, Gosu UI/renewal pastes, MCP policycenter_pre_bind / mga_authority. Not ProNavigator. Not appetite. Control plane on bind.
Proof: POST /demo/pas/policycenter/pre-bind → allow_bind false; Gosu + RenewalWF pastes; MCP tools live; PartnerConnect packet ready to paste
